3. User Content & Shared Media

All content you share on Orbit36ty, including photos, videos, voice messages, text, information, data, and passwords, is shared at your own risk. Orbit36ty and its owners, operators, and employees are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, unauthorized access, or misuse of your shared content.

4. Third-Party Content

You are prohibited from sharing, uploading, or distributing any media, content, or information that you do not own or have explicit permission to share. This includes copyrighted material, private photos, or content belonging to others.

5. Prohibited Content

Orbit36ty strictly prohibits the following on its platform:

• Sexual or explicit content
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups
• Violent, assaultive, or threatening content
• Content intended to harm or incite violence against any person, group, or nation
• Private or intimate content shared without consent
• Content intended to defame or slander

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Orbit36ty reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, shares prohibited content, or engages in illegal activity. Termination may be without notice or refund.

7. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By using Orbit36ty, you agree to waive your right to sue Orbit36ty, its owners, employees, or representatives for any reason whatsoever. You assume all risk associated with using this application. No third party may sue on your behalf regarding your use of this application.

8. Limitation of Liability

Orbit36ty and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this application, including loss of data, money, privacy, or business interruption. You use this app “as is” at your own risk.

9. No Refunds

Orbit36ty does not offer refunds for any payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Orbit36ty cannot be held liable for any financial loss or damage incurred.

10. Intellectual Property

All Orbit36ty branding, logos, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Orbit36ty. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without permission.

11. Service Availability

Orbit36ty does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. The application may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Orbit36ty is not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

12. Data & Privacy

Your data may be collected and used in accordance with Orbit36ty's Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.
